The Heartstring Hunters, Dollhouse Thieves, Native Station

All Ages Show

3 Acts! Tickets are only $10 Advance and $12 Doors

The Heartstring Hunters are an indie-folk band based in Boulder, CO. Rich harmonies, youthful optimism and stories-from-the-road characterize a sound that invites you into a musical conversation between friends, an adventure that dances between the space of the open road and a midnight sky.

A genuine collaboration between singer-songwriter Carolyn Nicely, producer/mulit-instrumentalist Daniel Hunter, bassist Alessandro Ceserani, drummer Alex Heaton, and vocalist Rachael Sheaffer, the Heartstring Hunters are currently touring throughout Colorado, sharing stages with artists such as Karla Bonoff, Miner, Good Lovelies, The Leftover Cuties and SHEL. They have played the Telluride Mountain Film Fest, The Boulder Theater, and the Tedx conferences in Denver, though you’re just as likely to find them spontaneously entertaining crowds at farmer’s markets and street fairs all over the state. All east-coasters originally, it was the power of connection and a love for music that led them from the forests of Vermont, the rivers of Virginia, and the beaches of Florida all the way to the rockies.

The Heartstring Hunters will be releasing their debut EP this spring and while many listeners lovingly match Nicely’s lead vocals to the tones of Joni Mitchell, their new music also incorporates other times and influences such as Feist, Lavender Diamond and Matt Corby. In the summer, they plan to hit the road to tour heavily in support of this new release, along with their camper and two beloved canine companions, Tyrone and Dixie. Keep your eyes and ears open for this bloomin' force of young folk.

Long time musical colleagues and fiances Luke and Niki moved from Wisconsin to Colorado to pursue mountains, new musical endeavors, and craft beer. Niki began working at a Denver craft brewery, where she met coworker Rocky. Upon discovering his ability to play bass, they formed The Dollhouse Thieves.

The Dollhouse Thieves was started as a musical outlet in which all members could explore various instruments and styles of music while having fun and making memories together.

We are about bringing communities together through music making and story telling and making music accessible and enjoyable to everyone.

The Story So Far... With their EP "Bones N' All", Native Station's eclectic blend of alternative-rock, pop, and reggae undertones will have you dancing and singing along to catchy choruses with a driving accompaniment.

Originating in Marion, Virginia, Greg Benton (Vocals/Rhythm Guitar) and Thomas Troutt (Lead Guitar) uprooted themselves for the diverse Colorado Music scene. After meeting with Brett Cunningham (Bass), Nick Solga (Drums), and Brandon Clark (Keyboards), Native Station was formed. With their first EP "Bones N' All" released to favorable critique on Bolder Beat and My Random Jukebox, the band then garnered radio play on iHeart Radio's 94.9 Locals' Lounge with their debut single "All My Friends."
After playing the Longmont Artwalk and Denver's Larimer Lounge, Native Station released "Coal Seam Fire," a soulful ballad with many layers of tight vocal harmonies, intertwining guitars, and syncopated drum patterns. In June of 2017, the band released a 17-track Mixtape, "shifty.SHIFTY {The Harvest Sessions}." Vibrant, electrifying, soulful, and comprised mostly of material played live in 2016, the mixtape embellishes on full orchestrations of the live band arrangements.
